TERMS OF SERVICE
VHS Tape Release
As the client, you agree to release your VHS tape(s) to Rewind VHS Transfers, along with all of it(s) or their contents that reside on the tape, to undergo a digital transfer process. If shipping, Rewind VHS Transfers is not responsible for any damage done to the tapes during the receiving and/or shipping process. Your tapes will be packaged up and sent back to you, using the same box and packing materials. Your tapes will be handled with great care during the transfer process.
Digital Transfer Processing
As the client, you agree to the fact that not all VHS tapes may be transferrable. Some tapes may have damage that prevent them from being digitally converted. You will not be charged for any tapes that cannot be transferred. Any tapes that cannot be transferred will be marked with a sticker and sent back to you, along with the rest of your tapes.
Privacy Policy
As the client, you agree that at no point does Rewind VHS Transfers own any part of the content on your tapes. Rewind will not use the content on your tape(s), in part or in whole, for any other purpose other than transferring to digital format, sending digital files through a cloud service (via Google Drive) or burning your video contents to DVD.
Shipping/Local Pickup
Our local pickup distance is 5 miles. If you are within this range, we will come and pickup your VHS tapes and then deliver them back to you when the transfer process is complete. If you are local, but outside the range, we may arrange to meet at a mutual location for pickup and delivery. Otherwise, all drop-offs and pick-ups will be at our home address.

If local pickup is not an option, we will utilize shipping for delivery on both ends.
Payment
For orders of $50 or less, payments will be made in full before the transfer process begins. Otherwise, a 50% deposit will be made to place your order in the queue, and then the other 50% will be paid once your order is complete.
